Say hello to the first sparkling wine from the Oé collection: Le Crémant d'Alsace ! This fresh and elegant sparkling wine has been carefully crafted in collaboration with Mickaël and Stéphane Moltès, organic winegrowers in the charming Pfaffenheim, Alsace.
This Crémant is the perfect aperitif, but also delicious with desserts, seafood or creamy, white mould cheeses such as camembert or brie. In short: a friend to all with style.
There is a special family story behind this Crémant. The Domaine Moltès has existed since 1930 and is now run by the third generation of winemakers. Stéphane and Mickaël continue the work of their grandfather Antoine with just as much passion and with attention to nature and the environment. Their 13 hectares of vineyard are managed entirely organically – because sustainability is in their DNA.
