How do you make it?

The preparation is simple:

• Remove 3/4 of the flowers from the pot and set aside
• Preheat the oven to 160 degrees (electric) or 145 degrees (convection)*
• Place the contents of the pot in a bowl and add eggs, melted butter, yoghurt and a pinch of salt
• Mix until a smooth batter is formed
• Pour into a greased baking tin and bake for 50-65 minutes
• Decorate with the remaining flowers and you will not only have prepared a delicious cake, but also an eye-catcher on the table.

Serving suggestion!

Make a glaze of 100g icing sugar and 1 tbsp water for an extra festive effect
